Launch an Autonomous Blog in Webflow with Quilly and Postblaster
Fully automate your blog’s content publishing and social media sharing to exponentially grow your traffic.
Quilly and Postblaster are Webflow apps that streamline content creation and social media posting for Webflow blogs. Quilly automates the process of writing and publishing high-quality content directly to your Webflow CMS, while Postblaster listens for new published content in your Webflow site, summarizes it, and shares it across your social media accounts. When used in tandem, you can launch a fully autonomous Webflow blog that will drive consistent traffic to your site from both social media and organic search engine results.
Unlock Exponential Growth in Traffic
Posting consistently is a key factor of increasing organic traffic of your sites. According to LinkedIn statistics, users who post at least once per week get an average of 4x the traffic as users who post less frequently. The same is true for your Webflow sites. Consistently posting content will dramatically increase your site’s traffic. We tested this with a brand new Webflow site that we set up to generate daily recurring content using Quilly. The result was a 10x increase in organic site traffic from Google search results.
When you add in Postblaster and automatically share the content to your social feeds, this effect is amplified. Since Postblaster includes links back to your site’s content, you both get a boost in your social profile’s traffic as well as your site, which in turn increases your search engine rankings. You can think of it as harnessing a feedback loop to your advantage.
Save Time: Automated content creation and social media sharing reduces manual work.
Achieve Consistency: A steady cadence of content to your blog and social media maintains audience engagement without you needing to write posts all the time.
Enhance Reach: Automatically sharing new content to social media broadens visibility and drives traffic to your site.

Connect your social accounts (LinkedIn)some text
Follow the prompts to connect your LinkedIn account if you haven’t already.
You can always connect your social accounts from the “Integrations” tab at a later time.
Launch a Publisher
Publishers listen for new content in a Webflow CMS collection, then create social media posts whenever new content is published. Follow the steps below to set up your first publisher.
Get started with the basics.
Configure the trigger (the platform you’re listening to for new posts).
Set up the action (the platform you’re posting to).
Tell Postblaster how to compose the post.
Now, on to Quilly.
Head to https://app.quilly.ink and click Log in. You can use your same Postblaster login credentials.
Follow the prompts to integrate your Webflow account:some text
When authorizing Webflow, make sure you select the Webflow site that contains the collection you want Quilly to publish to.
Launch your first Ghostwriter:some text
With your Webflow account connected, you can now launch a Ghostwriter.
Ghostwriters contain instructions on how to write your content. You will choose themes to write about, keywords to inject in the text, and finally how to populate each CMS field ( AI or static values).
Follow the steps below to set up a simple Ghostwriter
Configure the basics of your ghostwriter.
Choose themes to write about (such as a swift programming language concept), and optional keywords to inject in the post (for keyword exposure).
Choose which field is the body of your post. Quilly will use this to generate any related fields.
You can even generate images for your posts if you’d like.
Finally, once all of your post’s fields are properly configured, you can launch your ghostwriter and Quilly will create your first post in around 15 minutes. If it doesn’t show up, make sure you check your ghostwriter’s error logs. Custom field validations set up within the Webflow CMS are the most common culprit for being unable to post.
Step 4: Test your workflow
To test Postblaster, simply create and publish a new CMS item, then watch it get blasted out to LinkedIn (and soon other platforms) for you.
Quilly will publish its first post to your Webflow collection in about 15 minutes assuming there are no custom validation errors that it runs into.
As soon as your Quilly post goes live, Postblaster will create a new social media post for you, and share it to LinkedIn, after which you’ll see the post show up in your Postblaster.
Step 5: Final Adjustments
Take some time to dial in how frequently you want to post to your social media accounts. We’ve found that posting 2-3 times per week has multiplied both our social profile and website traffic, but the optimal post frequency can change with the subject matter as well as the author.
If you want more varied content, try adding themes or using a few different Ghostwriters publishing to the same Webflow collection.
By using Quilly and Postblaster in tandem, you can create an autonomous blog in Webflow that will automatically grow your website and social media traffic, in about 5 minutes.
